Brief CV 

Konstantina Sklavou is Assistant Professor of Social Work at the Department of Social Work University of West Attica, Athens, Greece. She has a PhD degree in Panteion University (Department of Psychology) with postgraduate studies in Education (M.Ed.) and Social Work (M.Sc), graduate of the Department of Social Work of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and the Department of Primary Education of the University of Athens. 

She has worked as a social worker  in the Department of Psychiatry for Children and Adolescents in Sismanogleio General Hospital of Athens from 2009 – 2021 and from 1999 – 2008 in NGO (Doctors of the World and Greek Council for Refugees). 

She teaches in undergraduate programs from 2004 and from 2008 in postgraduate level until today, in Greece and Cyprus.

She has written books (monographs and educational material) and edited collective volumes. She has several scientific publications  in  magazines and collective volumes, participations in conferences and scientific seminars, in research programs and evaluations. Recently she completed postdoctoral research at the Department of Sociology of the University of the Aegean.
